Today arrive at ANTALYA , one of Turkey's most beautiful areas, perched on sheer cliffs above the blue Mediterranean, with a green plateau stretching from the city out to the great pine forests. Meet your English speaking guide who will transfer you to your hotel. D

DAY 2 |
ISTANBUL
Full day excursion to visit PERGE, with its high Acropolis and other sights; proceed next to ASPENDOS. Its theater is the best preserved in the world with incredible acoustics, Then see the Agora and Nymphaeum. Continue to SIDE - last of these three ancient cities. Highlights will be the Theater, the Temples of Athena and Apollo, as well as the Agora and the Museum. Then return to Antalya

DAY 3 |
Next drive to LAODICEA (Revelation 4:15) which was condemned by. St. John as being "neither hot nor cold" Visit to HIERAPOLIS, now called Pamukkale. Saint Philip was martyred here in 80 A.D. Walk the Necropolis and also see the famous Avenue of Tombs. At night swim in the hot thermal water pools.

DAY 4 |
Today leave for SELÇUK to visit the Monastery of St. John and Mary's House, last home of the Virgin Mary. Next visit EPHESUS , the most excavated city of the world. See the Library of Celsus, a Stadium where Paul Preached (Acts 19), and the Theater. Depart to the port of KUSADASI near Ephesus for dinner overnight stay in Kusadasi.

DAY 5 |
In the morning drive to SARDIS, to see the beautifully restored Synagogue/Church, which is one of the most unique of its kind. Next continue to IZMIR (smyrna), for an orientation tour, then enjoy an afternoon at leisure. Our hotel is at the harbor, and you can walk along the shore.

DAY 6 |
Depart for BERGAMA, ancient Pergamum, to visit the Acropolis and Asclepion, a renowned ancient world famous health center. Continue to BURSA, the first Capital city of the Ottoman Empire. Check into your hotel. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay in Bursa.

DAY 7 |
Drive by the Green Mosque and Tomb, and then continue to IZNIK (Nicea), where the Nicean Creed was formed. Depart for ISTANBUL by ferry, later have lunch at the TOPKAPI PALACE. Next tour Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and also the Great Bazaar. Overnight stay in Istanbul.

DAY 8 |
Visit the Spice Market, followed by the BOSPHORUS CRUISE to the Black Sea; then enjoy a special fish lunch in SARIYER. Overnight stay in Istanbul

A free day in ISTANBUL, truly a city of mystery and history. Many bargains and many new sights!
